By using artellum or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

Store: artellum.

Customer: anyone who visits or purchases from us.

Artwork: custom caricatures and illustrations created from your photos and instructions.

2. Your account and accuracy of information

You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activities under your account.

3. Product nature and revisions

Our products are custom made. We may provide a digital preview when included in the offer. We offer unlimited revisions within the original concept until final approval or delivery of final files. Major changes may incur additional fees.

4. Prices, payment, taxes

Prices are shown on the product pages. Prices may change but will not affect confirmed orders. Payments are processed by trusted providers. Taxes, duties, and shipping may apply based on your location.

5. Shipping and delivery

Digital files: delivered by download link or email after final approval and payment.

6. Cancellations and returns

Because items are personalized, returns or exchanges are not available once production starts, unless the fault is ours. You can request a cancellation before work begins. 

7. Customer content and responsibility

You confirm you have the rights to the images and materials you provide and that they do not infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful content. You will indemnify artellum for claims arising from your content.

8. License and intellectual property

All site materials and artworks are protected by intellectual property laws. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive license for non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Moral and economic rights remain with artellum or collaborating artists. We may ask for your consent to showcase your artwork. We will not do so without your express consent.

9. Prohibited uses

Do not use the site for unlawful activities, to upload offensive or infringing content, or to interfere with site security or systems.

10. IP notices

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will act promptly. Email: info@artellum.art

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the order in question.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of US. Courts of [city/state] will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
